Terms and Conditions

The AMP Radio Free gas promotion will begin Monday May 30th, 2011 and end Sunday September 4th, 2011. Winners will be announced every Monday starting Monday June 6, 2011 and ending Monday September 5, 2011.

Standard Contest Rules: No purchase necessary, you cannot have won any other contest on AMP Radio within the last 30 days. One winner per household. Age restrictions may apply based on certain contests. Employees of AMP Radio, their subsidaries, agencies and members of their immediate families are ineligable. Contestants are required to provide truthful information including photo identification and social security number. AMP Radio will reject and disqualify any entry it discovers to be false or fraudulent. AMP Radio personnel will determine any and all judgements related to giveaway, all decisions final. AMP Radio is not responsible for disconnection regarding telephone and cellular phones. Unless noted, all prizes won must be obtained by picking them up at our studios within 30 days of winning, or the prize becomes the property of the station. Winner's name, voice, and likeness may be used in any and all publicity relating to contest. Winner is responsible for federal, state and local taxes and any other associated charges and fees as described. Prizes are non-transferable and non-exchangeable. Contest void where prohibited.
